It’s fairly common to be nervous on your wedding day.  After all, this is one of the most important day of your life and you will be the centre of attention for the rest of the day. With all eyes on you, it’s totally understandable to feel shy  I am here to makes things easy on this day of your's.

Legality begins with lodgement of Notice of Intendent Marriage form "niom" No later than 1 month or earlier than 18 months prior the ceremony date.Must be present in person and sign before celebrant.
Couples must show me following documents
Birth certificate or Passport in original status.
If applicable, Divorce or Death certificate to be produce in original

Matter of Legalty

The law regulating marriage in Australia is contained in The Marriage Act 1961
Any person over the age of 18 may marry provided that the person:
is legally able to consent
is not married to someone else
is not within a prohibited relationship with the proposed spouse.
(such as a parent, brother, sister or grandparent)

Matter of Legalty

If a person under 18 years of age wishes to marry:
They must be at least 16 years of age and the other person over 18 years of age, and must obtain a court from a judge or magistrate authorising the marriage, and have the written consent of the parents or guardians unless a court has given the consent in place of the parents.

Overseas marriages

In general, a marriage celebrated overseas is recognised in Australia
If it is valid according to the laws of the country in which the marriage took place.
The marriage will not be valid in Australia if:
either person is still married, ie a polygamous marriage
either person is not of marriageable age
the parties are within a prohibited relationship there was no real consent

Overseas marriages

Australian residents wishing to bring a fiancé on a fiancé Visa can do so

niom form can be sign overseas by...
an Australian Diplomatic Officer;
an Australian Consular Officer;
a notary public;
an employee of the Commonwealth authorised

I can issue you a letter addressed to the appropriate Australian Embassy (of that country) handling your case confirming that I have received NOIM
Your fiancé then would lodge this letter with their application at the embassy in the country from where they are applying.

Ceremony

You have the option to choose any place you wish for your ceremony
Your ceremony can be at any time of the day;
dawn to dusk, sunrise to sunset
I will conduct a sincere and professional ceremony .
You will need 2 witnesses the age of 18 or over to sign these doc.

You are required to sign three documents during the ceremony;
The Certificate of Marriage
The Marriage Register
Marriage Certificate                          
I will lodge and register of your marriage online.

I keep to a strict Code of Practice .Complete an Ongoing Professional Development "OPD" courses each year.
Respect the privacy and confidentiality of the parties
Arrive at the venue for the marriage ceremony no later than the time agreed Solemnise marriages according to the legal requirements of the Marriage Act 1961

Respect the expectations of the parties in relation to the ceremony.
Recognition of significance of marriage
Compliance with the Marriage Act and other laws
Prevent and avoid unlawful discrimination in the provision of marriage celebrancy

The cost

The cost of your wedding fee within Sydney  metropolitan is $550
Your standard marriage certificate issued by BDM is included .

Please note this:

If your wedding venue you've booked is in parks ect. requires entry fee must be paid when you've booked by you and register my name.
You need to pay in full " $550" when you lodge your Niom form.

The cost

Incase of canceling your wedding must be notified at least 14 days prior the wedding date in  writing. Email will accepted. Verbally not acceptable.
Incase of cancelation did occured and notified in writing to me withing the time frame of 14 days prior the wedding the cost of administration fee "$230"will be deducted  and the balance will be refunded.
Incase of cancelation did occured and missed the dead line to be notified in writing no refunds will be given.

From 9 December 2017, marriage in Australia will be redefined as ‘the union of 2 people to the exclusion of all others, voluntarily entered into for life’.
The right to marry under Australian law will no longer be determined by sex or gender. It will be legal for same-sex couples to marry in Australia.
